Can I travel with a companion or caregiver?

Yes. All journeys can be adapted for a second traveler—whether they are a spouse, family member, friend, or professional aide. Room configurations and pacing are planned accordingly.

What mobility levels can you accommodate?

Our curated journeys are designed for travelers using canes, walkers, and manual or foldable wheelchairs. If you use a motorized chair, or have more complex mobility needs, please submit a Customization Request so we can assess feasibility.

Do I need to speak with someone before booking?

No. All five of our curated journeys are available to book directly. If you have questions before booking, you may submit a brief form—we’ll reply by email. We do not schedule calls.

Can I request changes to one of the pre-designed journeys?

No. The curated journeys are not modifiable. If you require a different route, pace, or set of accommodations, you’ll need to initiate a Custom Journey (fees apply).

What’s included in the price?

Each journey includes accessible accommodation, private transportation with a trained driver, daily support from a local guide, and all scheduled activities. Exact inclusions are detailed on each itinerary page.

How do payments and refunds work?

You’ll receive full terms during the booking process. In general, a deposit confirms your journey, with a balance due prior to travel. We offer partial refunds within a specific timeframe, minus planning costs.

What happens if my condition changes before the trip?

Let us know as soon as possible. If your journey becomes unsuitable, we will work with you to adjust logistics or explore rescheduling options when feasible.

How do I know if Morocco is really accessible for me?

If you’re unsure, start with one of the curated journeys and read the accessibility section carefully. If something isn’t covered, ask us. We’ll be honest. No embellishments.
