Booking & Deposits
To confirm your journey, a 30% deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is fully refundable if you cancel more than 45 days before your travel date, minus administrative and bank processing fees (typically €50–€75 depending on payment method).
The remaining balance is due 45 days before your departure.
Cancellations & Refunds
More than 45 days before departure: full refund, minus admin and banking fees
30–44 days before departure: 50% of total trip cost refunded
Less than 30 days before departure: no refund
We recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers cancellations due to health, mobility changes, or personal emergencies.
Custom Journey Planning Fee
A non-refundable €180 customization fee is required to begin a custom itinerary. If you proceed with booking, this amount is applied to your final total. If you cancel or choose not to proceed, this fee is retained.
Changes to Your Condition
If your mobility or health needs change before departure, we will do our best to adjust your itinerary. However, changes may be subject to availability, and refunds follow the cancellation policy above.
